This page provides the essential details for reserving your spot in one of our group trips. Additionally, for trips that are already fully booked, we offer a 'Join Waitlist' option. When available spots become vacant, we will notify guests via email in the sequence of submission receipt. Likewise, if a group is fully booked, we will notify you promptly if a spot becomes available.
A 30% deposit payment per person is required to secure your place on one of our trips, and this deposit is non-refundable. However, if you decide to cancel the trip, we will credit you the full amount, including the deposit, toward any other trip we offer. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to the expedition’s start date.
We want to emphasize that our aim is not to profit from this policy but to ensure fairness within our community. Last-minute cancellations can create challenges for individuals on the waitlist, as they have limited time to prepare, potentially resulting in unoccupied spots and others missing out on opportunities to join the trip.
